PRODUCT DESIGN / UX MANAGER Led product vision for the design team, managed the team’s growth, interviewing and hiring designers, establishing best practices and a highly collaborative fully remote culture. Grew the team from 1 to 6 designers, negotiating with the CPO for a total of 8 design positions to be hired throughout 2021 to support the products most key to the company’s strategy. Key player in forming the digital strategy as a member of the Product & Engineering leadership team.

UI/UX Work closely with the developers and advocated for the growth of our UX team, securing one additional UX Engineer to begin work on the first iteration of the DMG Design System. Performed user research, UI design, UX design, heuristic reviews, and other related tasks in order to modernize DMG’s technology solutions to meet the challenges of the 21st century.
