A wonderful pre-pandemic experience that resulted in a patented product for America’s 4th largest grocer. Kroger's best and brightest gathered in a conference room for 3 days and hacked away at whatever our hearts desired. My team chose AR.

Retailers have been struggling to find a truly useful way to incorporate AR into their shopping experiences for years. We decided to keep it simple and provide value to our customers with a fully functioning prototype that could provide supplemental info and bright, bold call-outs of important and other quick facts - like allergens, calorie counts, or recommended pairings.

The idea was so well received, Kroger even applied for and was recently awarded a patent for the technology with each of us listed as inventors.
