PRODUCT DESIGN / Senior UX Designer Led efforts to develop the PD team's research strategy and standardize our use of tools including Dovetail and Maze to conduct research and document our findings. Mentored junior designers and designed applications for HR & Admins with the Corporate Applications team.
Blizzard GameJams Helped plan and run the 2022 and 2023 Game Jams. Led namestorming and kickoff planning activities, designed, and helped build the first iteration of the website. Also participated in the 2023 Game Jam by designing and creating a javascript version of Pong and other GameJams, contributing UX, character design, and game development (in Unity).
SupportDesk Research Initiatives Introduced a research based approach to the design of the company's custom Service Now based Employee Experience platform.
PRODUCT DESIGN / UX LEAD Led product vision for the design team, managed the team’s growth, interviewing and hiring designers, establishing best practices and a highly collaborative fully remote culture. Grew the team from 1 to 6 designers. Key player in forming the digital strategy as a member of the Product & Engineering leadership team.
UI/UX Worked closely with developers and advocated for dedicating a UX Engineer to begin work on the first iteration of the DMG Design System. Performed user research, UI design, UX design, heuristic reviews, and other related tasks in order to modernize DMG’s technology solutions to meet the challenges of our customers and Technicians.

UI/UX Designer Designed public facing & internal websites & applications, assisted with research (focus groups, eye tracking, ethnographic research, AB tests), heuristic evaluations of the usability of existing products. Designed icons for internal apps & POS. Produced detailed style guides, 3D renderings, & technical drawings for R&D and office environment projects. Designed a patented AR app during the 2017 DevCon hackathon.
Engineer IV Developed public facing & internal websites & applications using Angular, React, Javascript (vanilla) and Vue. Debugged patented AR app during the 2017 DevCon hackathon.
Ignite / Marketing & comms Led design direction for the Ignite team (the Cultural Council and Associate Engagement task force). Mentored budding designers and led communications campaigns involving 2-4 junior and aspiring designers.
